ADMISSION AND IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Enrollment Forms: Complete and submit the enrollment forms, including the application for admission, emergency contact information, and any necessary health information.

    • Identification: Provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate or other proof of age.

    • Parent/Guardian Consent: A signed consent form from the parent or guardian authorizing participation in the program.

    • Emergency Contact Information: Updated contact details for a responsible adult who can be reached in case of an emergency.

  2. Immunization Requirements:

    • Vaccination Records: A copy of the child’s immunization records is required. All required vaccinations must be up to date in accordance with the California Department of Public Health guidelines.

    • Exemptions: If exemptions are applicable due to medical, personal, or religious reasons, appropriate documentation must be provided.

Any inappropriate behavior, gestures, or comments will be addressed immediately and may result in disciplinary action, including removal from our daycare. VISITORS

At Mrs. Helane’s Learn and Playcare, we warmly welcome visitors while ensuring the safety and well-being of our children. All visitors are required to sign in at the front desk and provide identification upon arrival. Visits must be scheduled in advance and approved to avoid disrupting the children’s routines. Mrs. Helane will guide you through your visit to ensure it’s both enjoyable and secure.



DROP OFF & PICK UP

At Mrs. Helane’s Learn and Playcare, our drop-off time begins at 7:30 AM, and we ask that all children are picked up by 5:30 PM.

A late fee will apply for pick-ups beyond 5:30 PM. To avoid this charge, we kindly ask parents to inform us in advance if they anticipate being late. If no prior notice is given, a late fee will be charged for every 5-minute interval past 5:30 PM. Please note that this policy is non-negotiable.
